Reuben is "Wheelie" Reading!
Reuben thinks this is a "wheelie" unusual place to read his favourite book - "Charlie & The Chocolate Factory" by Roald Dahl. I think so too Reuben! Brilliant! Mrs Blomeley

Logan was very busy with his home learning last week. He has practised his spellings, done some work on fractions and made a fantastic pop up picture of a monster. Keep up the fantastic work Logan!
As today is International Nurses Day why not celebrate by finding out about Florence Nightengale- can you complete any of the activities on the following link: https://app.pobble.com/lessons/preview/dedaa4cb?utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=Organic&utm_campaign=Amazing_Nightingale
Can you write a diary entry about what it would have been like to work with Florence during the Crimea War?
It is lovely to see Henry enjoying reading 'The midnight gang' in the great outdoors.
My daughter enjoys David Walliams books too.
Great reading :)

Today's saty active challenge is tap up tennis. How many tap ups can you do in 60 seconds? Don't forget to send your results/pictures to admin@broadbentfold.tameside.sch.uk.
I love Lottie's reading compeition entry. She is reading 'The Worrysaurus' to help her and her doll with their worries. She read some of it stood on her swing with her doll in the baby swing but it was a bit wobbly so cuddled up to read the end of the story.
I love Logan's entry for the reading competition. He is reading one of his favourite books 'The Gruffalo's Child' whilst sat in a tree in the woods. He is also wearing his homemade fox ears that he made after reading all about arctic foxes in his home learning!
Lottie was busy with her home learning last week. She made an obstacle course in the garden and turned Lottie's old baby swing into a baskeball net so she could practise shooting, made a fantastic poster showing everything she knows about our new Science topic 'Healthy Lifestyles', practised spelling the days of the week and so much more.
