Remote Learning/ Live Lessons
Monday 11th January – Friday 15th January
This week, children will have the opportunity to join the live lessons at school from home.
Please find attached a grid containing some outdoor learning activities that your child can do at home. There are activities for children in early years, ages 5 to 9 and 9 to 12. You and your child can of course choose an activity from any section. I will add a new grid each week. Any photos or work can be uploaded on to seesaw and sent to your class teacher. I hope that you enjoy these activities and look forward to hearing all about them.

Happy New Year! It is such a shame that we can't welcome you back to school after the Christmas holidays but I hope that you’re all keeping well and will engage in the work that I’m preparing. It’s really important that all the fantastic learning that you did in the Autumn Term isn’t lost.
Please place any work on Seesaw and I look forward to seeing you all on zoom. Please be aware that these sessions may be subject to change if I'm in school with key worker children.
Well done to the Year 5 "Santa Team" who came 4th place in a Sports Quiz with 38 points! Year 6 came 3rd, with 39 points, it was a great afternoon with lots of Tameside primary schools taking part.

Year 5 have had an amazing day. Frst they filmed their poem, - don't forget to check it out on Seesaw. Then they completed the Santa Dash, had their face painted, decorated gingerbread men and completed a lucky dip and tombola. Hope you have a fantastic time celebrating Christmas at home.
The Winter Mini Challenge encourages children to keep reading through the winter holidays by rewarding them for reading and reviewing books.
To take part in the Winter Mini Challenge online, children simply read any books of their choice, then rate and review them at www.wintermini.org.uk.
