Our trophy was delivered that the fantastic Year 5 and 6 cricket team won. It's even too big to fit inside our trophy cabinet so is sat on top. Well done to everyone who competed, you made Broadbent Fold very proud!
Broadbent Fold had a fantastic afternoon at the cricket and we had lovely weather for a change too! In the first round we played Arlies Primary School winning the game 79-49. We then played Bradley Green Primary Academy and won 85-42 putting us in the final.
Broadbent Fold had a great game against Arlies Primary School winning the match 5-0. Charley was the player of the match due to her fantastic goal keeping skills and for her great team spirit. Well done to Arlies who were a great opponent and have improved a lot since the last match we had against them.
The boys football team played against Bradley Green Primary Academy on Friday night. The boys had a fantastic game but unfortunately lost 4-0. Xander was player of the match for his energy and attempts at feeding the ball into other players to have shots at the goal. A special thank you to Daniel who volunteered to help the team last minute too. Well done to everyone who played, you did Broadbent Fold proud.
