Scarlett's been extremely busy with a variety of work this week! She's written a Fact File about Robins and drawn a lovely picture too. She has written a story about "The Present" video clip, done ALL of this week's White Rose Maths work and. finally, she has completed the Sumarise sheet, now that Diver's Daughter has come to an end. Albert has been busy recently! In addition to daily PE with Joe Wickes, reading and TTrockstars, Albert has been learning some life skills, such as cooking, using tools, mixing cement and building walls! He has also celebrated his birthday, with a fun, socially distanced water fight with neighbours and enjoyed a VE day street party, which included playing army 2 metres apart! Yesterday, Reuben found this white egg shell whilst walking his dog Milo. He has researched this with his dad and they believe it is the egg of a Collared Dove. Great observation and research for our current Bird topic! Well done Reuben and dad! Mrs Blomeley

Roban has been busy over the past few weeks! He has done a variety of work including White Rose Maths, making a pyramid, creating a new planet, a Wordsearch about Florence Nightingale, doing an A-Z of Sharks and a brilliant VE Day diary. I am really impressed with his work on Birds - Roban has written an interesting report about his favourite bird - the Albino Crow. I have learnt that, if you see one, it brings you luck! Matilda's mum has sent some photos of Matilda's rainbow cookies that she made! They look amazing! She’s been doing some excellent baking all by herself and gave some to her next door neighbour in exchange for a sunflower plant! They are going to measure the plant each week. Matilda had the fantastic idea of making a vending machine for her and Suzie. They scanned pictures of the food and made prices for how much everything would cost. Suzie then bought the snacks using real coins and Matilda was challenged by having to give the right change if she was given too much. What a great way to learn about money! I hope there are still some snacks for me and Mrs Blomeley to buy!
