Science Week
We had a fantastic Science Week. We all made wonderful mad scientists on Friday. We all visited the Science Fair and enjoyed seeing all the different experiments.

A massive thank you to Greta, our lovely Toast Lady for making our fabulous reading bees! The children are loving taking them home and sharing books with them.
We loved celebrating World Book Day! We looked marvellous in our favourite character costumes.
We received a letter from the Zoo! We wrote some fabulous letters back requesting lots of different pets.
Our topic this term is all about the Jungle. We have done sone fantastic paintings of jungle animals.
Elsa has frozen all our polar animals! We have been investigating the best way to set them free.
Broadbent Fold took part in the Challenge Me Throwing and Catching event on Monday. Pupils in EYFS ahd to throw and catch a large ball for 2 minutes, pupils in KS1 had to throw and catch a tennis ball for 4 minutes and pupils in KS2 had to try to throw and catch a ball with one hand for 6 mintues. Pupils enjoyed the event and all got stickers for taking part.
