On Wednesday a group of Year 6 went to the new opening of 'The next chapter' which is a new resource centre at Rayner Stephens. The children enjoyed their morning and had the chance to look around the library.
This is our final blog for our adventures at Rock and River. I hope you have enjoyed following us. Miss Lewis and The Rock and River team.
Busy rotating around our three activities: den building, abseiling and low ropes. Here are a few pictures of what we have done so far...
Some tired faces but full belly’s. The children loved their full English breakfasts, fruit and cereals.
Apologises, we have had some technical problems with upside photographs from the indoor rock climbing so unfortunately cannot be posted on the blog.
Not a single hungry belly. I don't know who was hungrier... children or staff? We have definitely been well fed!
Sunshine, canoeing, raft builing and swimming. Too much fun!
What a lovely competitive afternoon we have had orienteering.
